We are expanding our Business Development Department and are looking for the following person to join us in North America as soon as possible

Business Development Manager USA (f/m/d)

 

Your responsibilities:
•    Analyze the North American market (including Canada) and the competitive trends using market research, data analysis, etc.
•    Identification of target customers and their sales potential in line with the defined strategic objectives
•    Create new business development concepts and a business case in coordination with the local sales partner, the Head of Global Sales and the Division Manager Sales & Marketing
•    Participation and co-responsibility in the implementation of the business plan for the expansion of profitable sales and market shares in the North American market

Your profile:
•    Technical studies or business studies with relevant technical affinity
•    Well-founded experience of several years in business development or sales
•    Experience in international sales with key accounts
•    Willingness to travel internationally > 50 % and intercultural understanding
•    Entrepreneurial thinking and as well as assertiveness
•    High level of self-motivation and commitment
•    Fluent in English, written and spoken, a good knowledge of German is an advantage
