Repairs and Returns

Procedure

If you experience problems with your Sill Optics lenses, please feel free to contact us. Please describe the problem as detailed as possible and include the part number and serial number of the affected lens. You are also welcome to send pictures. If the problem cannot be solved in your company, please request an RMA number.

Whenever possible, try to return items in their original packaging to ensure optimal packing. Electronics should be returned in antistatic packaging.
